Security solutions for Windows often suggest to scan computer system before system loading. That is a common suggestion addressed to users by both actual security tools and programs that pretend to be security tools.
Get rid of Security Central (SecurityCentral) as a pretended security solution, which instead of suggesting, goes down to business without user’s agreement as it generates (pretends to do so) its scan windows before system loading ignoring user’s opinion on that matter.
